If you’ve got the time, the space, and the talent, you can create almost anything. My friend Ken Freeman of West End, NC is just such a man. The proof is this 24 foot long, 6-wheeled, 7000lb recreation of the car from the movie “League of Extraordinary Gentleman.”

The only car to leave a huge impact on me as a kid while watched the movie far too often. Congratulations to Ken for being recognized for his work and dedication.

If that thing hit a pickup truck broadside, it would flip the truck, EZ.

I saw the real movie car in May. It had the build quality of a hot wheels car, as in it looked like it was made of three pressed pieces (the entirety of the interior being 1/3rd), and just sort of clicked unevenly together.

I can assure you, this car is of an entirely different build-quality level when compared to a “Hot Wheels.”

Torch is never in the “right state.”
